On March 28th 2009, Ivette Vargas was crowned as Miss Rio Grande Valley 2009 & Allison
Garza as Miss Rio Grande Valley Teen 2009! Ivette and Allison will also be competing
at the state pageants of Miss Texas USA & Miss Texas Teen USA.
